Bloomsbury Institute’s Student Guild (“the Guild”) is a students’ union within the meaning of Section 20 of the Education Act 1994. Although the provisions of the Education Act 1994 do not apply to the Guild (because Bloomsbury Institute is not an “establishment” to which the Education Act 1994 applies), this Constitution seeks to comply with the provisions within the Education Act 1994. The Guild is devoted to the educational interests and welfare of its Members.
